LADIES FIGHT NIGHT
This class is for all skill levels including total beginners. We train Wednesday nights at 6pm and Ladies Fight Brunch is Tuesdays at 11:30. Every class begins with 20 minutes of JUDO FIT, a judo inspired fitness class that incorporates shadow judo movements required to learn the sport of judo. This class will make you break a sweat, increase your agility and remind you that your are awesome.
Next up we will learn to fall safely on a spring loaded mat while you are surrounded by crash pads.
Then we will learn a life saving choke that is executed with your legs.
Finally we will learn to throw like Olympic champions. You will walk out of the studio feeling confident, elated and probably relieved.
